Eligibility. The Venture Outdoors Turkey Day Giveaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees and representatives of Venture Outdoors, LLC. ("Sponsor") and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Official Rules. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding and shall not be subject to appeal. Winning a price is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on November 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST and ends on November 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes by online form submission.

How to Enter. Online entry form submission: This method will be available for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Submit the entry form online, which can be found on the following website at https://ventureoutdoorsflorida.com/turkey-day-giveaway.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person, email address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. See below section titled “General” for additional rules regarding entry.

Prizes; Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"); and Odds. One (1) winner will receive two (2) complimentary seats on a regularly scheduled Venture Outdoors Manatee Discovery Kayak Tour near Blue Spring State Park on the St. Johns River in Florida. The price includes: (a) a guided Manatee Discovery Kayak Tour for two (2) participants, (b) use of kayaks, paddles, and personal flotation devices, (c) standard tour inclusions provided to paying guests. The price does not include transportation, accommodations, additional activities, personal expenses, or gratuities. The total ARV of the price awarded is $160 USD. Only one price will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any such materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Any applicable taxes and all other costs/expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to any prize. Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute an alternative prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater value, if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason.

Price Redemption and Expiration. The price is valid for a Manatee Discover Kayak tour completed on or before March 30, 2027. Advance reservations are required and are subject to availability. The price is valid for two (2) participants on the same regularly scheduled tour, not a private tour. The winner is encouraged to reserve well in advance. Specific departure dates and times are not guaranteed. The price may not be combined with other promotional offers or applied toward an existing booking. If Sponsor cancels a confirmed reservation due to unsafe weather, water conditions, or other operational circumstances, Sponsor will offer a reasonable opportunity to reschedule. If Sponsor’s cancellation prevents use of the price by March 30, 2027, Sponsor will provide an appropriate extension or comparable replacement tour. If the winner fails to reserve or use the price by the deadline for reasons within the winner’s control, the price expires without compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Prize Drawing and Notification. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period and will be announced on December 1, 2026, at approximately 10 AM EST. Potential winners will be contacted via email on or about November 28, 2026, using the contact information given at the time of entry in order to verify eligibility and confirm them as winners. Entrants must have a valid email address and it is entrant's responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in email address. Potential Winner must accept price by email as directed by Sponsor within 72 hours of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewithin, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Sponsor may require reasonable verification of eligibility before awarding the price. Potential winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release ("Release") at Sponsor's discretion before they are confirmed as winners. In the event a winner chooses not to accept his/her/their prize, is not in compliance with these Rules, is unable to be notified, cannot/does not respond by the deadline set by Sponsor (in these Official Rules or in the winner notification), prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries. If a potential winner is at least 18 years old but still considered a minor in his/her/their jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her/their parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner(s) set forth herein.

Tour Participation and Safety. The winner and accompanying guest must comply with Venture Outdoors’ standard participation requirements and safety procedures. All participants must complete the required liability waiver before participating. Participants under eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Tour participation is subject to applicable age, equipment, and safety requirements. Venture Outdoors reserves the right to decline participation when a participant cannot safely meet the requirements of the activity, consistent with applicable law and reasonable accommodation obligations. Manatees and other wildlife are wild animals. Wildlife sightings, encounters, and specific conditions cannot be guaranteed. Tours may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled when conditions are unsafe.

General. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Participants are solely responsible for Internet connectivity, software and/or hardware and data charges that may be required in order to submit an entry. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to, where legal, Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries or designees' use of his/her/their name, city and state of residence, and likeness (including photos and/or videos) for advertising and publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. Winners are solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes on the prizes, including sales or use taxes, as well as any expenses related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of a prize. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, personal injury, or loss or damage to property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, rules, administration of this Sweepstakes or in the announcement of winners and prizes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment/internet/connectivity failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes and award the prize from among all eligible entries received up to that date. Sponsor is not responsible for and may disqualify entries that are misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, stolen, late or lost; or for interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties. No automatic, robotic, mechanical entries or reproductions accepted. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry-duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such an entry method. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. If there is a dispute as to the identity of entrant or a dispute, or potential dispute, regarding the entry or any third-party rights, or if Sponsor has reasonable grounds for suspecting any breach or abuse of these Official Rules by any person involved in an entry, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Privacy Policy/Data Collection. Entrants information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be shared with Administrator to execute the Sweepstakes and/or deliver prize, and Administrator will use such information in accordance with Sponsor's privacy practices. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent Entrants may otherwise elect at the time of Entry, information provided by you for this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy located at: http:/ventureoutdoorsflorida.com/privacy-policy. Declining marketing communications will not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

Governing Law. All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida, in any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes.

Social Media Disclaimer. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Venture Outdoors, not to these platforms.
